I like to use mindfulness techniques and self development tools to help you clarify your goals, support you through your fears, keep you focused and help you discover a life that aligns with who you truly are.

I am also passionate about living an alcohol-free lifestyle and believe that by removing alcohol we can create space for transformative healing, building our inner confidence and finding pure joy in life again. If taking a break from alcohol is part of your journey i’m happy to help!
